Well, there is a lot of tender joy in eating vegetables. And that joy goes beyond the parameter of our plates. As a kid, we learned in science that eating veggies help in becoming healthy and robust. Plant-based foods are a key to a healthy life . they offer intriguing power and energy, which no animal food can provide. A vegan overwhelms out five senses. Imagine the delicate elegance of butter lettuce. Its leaves opening like a rose during the summer. The lovely saffron color flesh of a winter squash brings freshness during the cold season. The soft and delicate tendrils of pea plants. The unusual sizes and variety of hues of ripped red tomatoes are an appeal for the eyes.

The scent of freshly plucked vegetables the earthy perfume clinging on seduces further. However, we have not proceeded with the cooking yet. Now imagine a meal from orange pumpkin layered with bread crumbs, flaked with garlic and parsley. After that, imagine all these getting roasted to perfection. Add tart of leaves along with some mushrooms in the crumbly crust. Take crispy baby bok choy sauteed with some fresh ginger. Add some risotto dotted on the asparagus and tomatoes. You can feel the delicacy in your tongue. 

The best part about cooking vegetables is that it comes handy while cooking. However, getting the vegetables are affordable as well as accessible. Moreover, with some little fresh ingredients in your kitchen, the process of cooking gets easy and simple. Our mother earth offers us with all the necessary nutrients in these plant-based foods. These help us to feed our bodies most efficiently and healthily possible.

With growing awareness, people are avoiding animal-based foods day by day. They are trying there level best to get rid of chicken and steak off the plate. Therefore, switching to plant-based foods and leading a healthy life for a very long time. Switching to plant-based foods is not only helping out the human being. However, it is benefiting the planet where we reside.

Additionally, we have already made some alterations to our planet. Thereby damaging the resources and polluting the environment. We ravaged the land side by side polluted and emptied the seas and the oceans. Human beings followed these destruction process for centuries. The only goal remained to take everything from the earth and return nothing to her. Therefore, as the ruling species of the planet, we need to take charge of changing things. The tide needs to get switched to get out alive of this mess.
