The sauce mixture is composed of soybean oil, water, sugar, salt, and pepper so it’s really easy to make.

Plant Burger

This plant-based patty is a great alternative for real meat burgers. Simply mix together 7 oz (200 grams) cooked lentils, 1 tbsp flaxseed powder (flaxseed mixed in 3 tbsp of water), 2 tsp miso paste or soy sauce; then add breadcrumbs until the mixture becomes thick and forms into patties. Pan fry until both sides are browned and serve with your favorite vegan burger toppings such as lettuce leaves, tomatoes, and ketchup!
