Does it include vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients important to growing and developing children? If so, it’s probably time to move to a high protein brand. Otherwise, try to stick with one that has high quality ingredients such as rice, nuts, and vegetables. By limiting the number of artificial preservatives, chemicals, and additives included in mainstream brands, you’ll be able to provide your baby with the highest quality products while still keeping costs low.
