- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup apple sauce
- Vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 375° F and pick parchment sheets. In a bowl, mix the sugars with oil and salt. Also, combine apple sauce and the vanilla extract. Stir well. Take a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper. Add coconut milk and coconut oil to a cooking pan, heat it slightly. In a medium bowl, fill in chocolate chips. - 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
