  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • Vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 375° F and pick parchment sheets. In a bowl, mix the sugars with oil and salt. Also, combine apple sauce and the vanilla extract. Stir well. Now sift flour, baking soda into the prepared product. Insert the chocolate chips into the ready mix. Scoop this and place them on the baking sheets. After the setting! Start baking! 

Panna Cotta Vegan Dessert

A perfect mix of Cream, coconut, and cashews. Ingredients –

For Panna Cotta

  • 1 cup cashews – soak them 
  • Two cups – mango pieces.
  • Coconut shreds. 
  • Coconut water.
  • Vanilla extract.
  • Two teaspoons agave nectar.
  •  A pinch of salt.

For Toppings

  • Whipped cream.
  • Coconut shredded.

Blend all the ingredients in a blender at high speed. Make sure it is completely blended well with a smooth texture. Pour the mix into cups and let them cool in the fridge. Place it for about 6 hours, top it with shredded coconut and whipped cream.

Almond Fudge Vegan Dessert

A decadent treat anyone? Ingredients are –

  • 12 ounces of chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 Go Max Go Mahalo bars

Take a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper. Add coconut milk and coconut oil to a cooking pan, heat it slightly. In a medium bowl, fill in chocolate chips. As the coconut mix is ready, add it to the chocolate chip. Stir and insert small pieces of mahalo bars. Do not forget to blend well! Pour the final vegan dessert mix onto the loaf pan and refrigerate. Your vegan dessert will soon be ready!

Simple Vegan Truffles

Use three ingredients for this vegan dessert! 

  • 24 ounces vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Start with the ganache, place chocolate chips in a bowl. Heat the coconut milk and add it to the chocolate chip! Mix this and let it sit overnight. When the mix is hard, roll it into teaspoon size molds and place it on a parchment paper. Freeze it. Now, take a double boiler and melt the chocolate with coconut oil. Insert a fork into the truffles that are frozen and dip them into the chocolate. Let the excess chocolate drip off. Let this cool down at average temperature! Your vegan dessert is ready!
